Can't believe today was the first time I had Filipino food, and I'm glad to have discovered such a delish and humble cuisine! My picks are the Lumpiang Sariwa (vegetarian spring roll), Lechon de Carajay (crackling pork belly), Rellenong Bangus (stuffed milk fish), and Pork Adobo.
