Among the cakes sold at Tsujirihei matcha pop-up fair, my favourite has got to be the Matcha Baumkuchen.

Missing @tsujirihei_honten so much~ really love their matcha softserve as well as other desserts~

Hojicha softserve ($7) + matcha roll cake ($5)
- The Hojicha softserve was slightly sweeter and less intense in terms of bitterness as compared to the matcha.

Matcha cake 💚💚💚 This is one of the available topping for the softserve etc and I got it ala carte bc I rly love it after having it in the parfait!!
