the usual salad mix of shredded carrot and japanese cucumber with diced oranges, selected nuts, cranberries and biscuits dressed with cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil and korean honey citron concentrate drizzled with furikake for dinner. but threw in hard boiled egg white and pan fried ginger beer chicken breast meat in teriyaki sauce reduction. like how the chickened turned out! shall try again soon!
