One of the best dish of the night. The salted egg sauce was smooth and creamy, and the chef was not stingy about quantity of the sauce! This was rather a different way of cooking, as they were not covered in flour then fried as per usual. To give a personal conclusion, the sauce was so good I had to take the cabbages from the other dishes to finish up the sauce when the sotong ran out. 😁😁😁
