I love the Ebi Katsu Sando 🦐 which have this juicy thick Ebi cutlet sandwiched between finely shredded cabbage, savoury Thai-like spicy sauce, shiso, and lightly-toasted soft pillowy milk bread 🍞 it’s like a Thai-Japanese fusion sandwich 🥪 would actually get this again because the ebi katsu is so well-done👍💯
