Fried trotter

We have ate many versions of trotter from the German large ones to the braised noodles kind but this version from Putien is quite unique.

There is not much meat but nicely wrapped with crispy skin. Not too oily and we can taste the tendons.

Other dishes we recommend will be the fried Henghua beehoon with their signature chilli sauce.

Budget around $80 for a family of 4. We rate this 8.5/10. Michelin star restaurant.
