Fresh live ones (they have a tank just for conch). The price tag however is really steep at SGD $37.50 for this plate (for three pax), but so so fresh and good!
Sin Huat is known for its price tag (surprising even myself since my threshold for expensive food is pretty high imo). Having Anthony Bourdain label it as "One of the places to eat at before I die", their pride is understandable. Food was really delicious and I can't stop thinking about these shellfish.
