I was told that there is usually a VERY long queue - but since it was slightly after lunch time - there weren’t any. Lucky us. Ordered a small plate ($5) since I figured we were probably going to try more “must-try” food. 🤣

The freshly cooked dish came with nice mix of yellow egg noodle and Bee Hoon and a generously amount of shrimp, squid and egg - it wasn’t as soupy as some other Hokkien Mee - probably cos the noodles have already soaked up those rich and flavourful umami-filled seafood broth - and a squeeze of the lime juice over the noodle for that extra zing and tanginess. Was really good but would have been even better with a little more “Wok Hey”.
