These dishes do look nice especially their black pepper and chili crabs - but the experience was expensively forgettable. The crabs were too watery which meant the chef might have cooked them in deep gravy instead of frying on wok. And because of that the meat became overcooked. $180 for 2 crabs - totally not worth it. So disappointed. I should have gone to Ubin or Eng Seng. The other dishes were pretty ordinary. In addition, the experience of having spilled soursop on MerRyan isn't a good one as a waitress accidentally spill the drink on me. The staff did help me and even gave a free dessert and 5% discount but well, I would be happier to be spilled over 100 times if I could just have good crabs yesterday for my dear relatives.
