Slow Cooked Pork Shoulder marinated with coffee spiced dry rub; BBQ sauce infused with cold brew concentrate with caramalised onion in between buttered Sesame Toasted Buns. Pulled pork was not too dry, though it seemed a tad overpowering with heavy flavours of the BBQ sauce and Cold Brew concentrate that seemed to dry up the throat. Love how the fries tasted rather Asian with its seasoning instead of usual salt or Cajun.
