Gotta be the most diluted flat cocktails I ever had in a while and even presentation was inconsistent. We ordered like 4 rounds to be ascertained it was our taste bud. The grilled seabass was good with the fish skin having slight crisp ends - the accompanying broccoli was lovely. The pekin duck rolls and the fried prawns and calamari from the lounge menu were a total miss - they were soaked in excessive oil. The frying crew needs better training on the oil temperature control. Serving was Extremen generous though. The soft shell crab spaghetti was alright but mediocre, we left it largely untouched. The pizza and the roast pork belly on the other table did look tantalizing and the patrons did polish them clean. Likely will come back for the view and maybe a lager with pizza. No more of the bad cocktails for sure.
