Much Room For Mushrooms (RM 24)
Pancakes with creamy assorted mushrooms, bacon bits, curry leaves, spiced croutons, truffle oil topped off with some fried mushrooms for garnishing. My taste buds was a little confused with this dish. I have always associated pancakes with sweetness, so a savory pancake still do not really appeal to me. But my friend here enjoyed every bit of it. I guess if you don’t mind having breakfast for dinner, this savory dish would be perfect for you.
