Tsutaβs signature ramen. Light and clear tasting dashi broth made from seafood, chicken and unique soy mixture with white shoyu included for its sweeter nature. Comes with char siu, bamboo shoot, spring onion, fig compote and balsamic truffle sauce to enhance the umaminess.

A lighter version of that Shoyu Soba. Cleaner and clearer.

Hearty, fragrant and light although its salt-based. Delicate broth made from a blend of seafood, bottarga sauce, Mongolian rock salt, Okinawa sea salt, and white truffle oil. Topped with a slice of grapefruit for a light refreshing twist.

Tonkotsu Soba(Reg)($12.80)π
Creamilicious, rich and deep collagen-rich broth made from using premium black pork bone and trotter. The natural umami flavours were further strengthen by Hokkaido sea kelp and shiitake mushrooms. A special tare seasoning sauce was added just before serving to enchant the savoury broth.
