The grilled chicken is tasteless inside, perhaps due to the overly short (or no) marination period, there wasn’t anything fantastic about texture and the only comment I can give is “it is not raw”. The satay sauce is tasty, and I could use more of it to make the meat tastier. The mash potato was awesome though, soft, fluffy creamy with a hint of the delighful flavour of cheese. For the best experience, include all the ingredients – meat, sauce, mushroom and the mash into each bite. •
