Think your normal prawn rice flour roll, but instead of fresh prawns, you have a crispy slab of prawn cake within. A very unique experience for me because I was trying something like that for the first time. It was extremely savoury because the crispy exterior of the prawn cake would absorb the surrounding light sauce, yet still giving a very, very good crunch with the soft and silky rice roll. Personally, I have no gripes against this but if youโre already choked with fried dim sum, you might consider just getting one with fresh prawns in it as it might get quite oily and filling. Whether or not I will get this again would largely depend on my mood โ but Iโd still highly recommend you to try this though!
