Think your normal prawn rice flour roll, but instead of fresh prawns, you have a crispy slab of prawn cake within. A very unique experience for me because I was trying something like that for the first time. It was extremely savoury because the crispy exterior of the prawn cake would absorb the surrounding light sauce, yet still giving a very, very good crunch with the soft and silky rice roll. Personally, I have no gripes against this but if youโ€™re already choked with fried dim sum, you might consider just getting one with fresh prawns in it as it might get quite oily and filling. Whether or not I will get this again would largely depend on my mood โ€” but Iโ€™d still highly recommend you to try this though!
