Pretty innovative using eggplant or Aubergine for an vegetarian dish.

Halibut is a rare fish for a Teochew restaurant.
Deep fried, drizzled with homemade sauces, the Halibut a rare treat.

P7: Fried Teochew Kway Tiao with Chye Por.
While diced Chye Por (preserved radish) is not salty, this dish is done to perfection.

P8: Braised Pork with Steamed Bun
Kong Bak Bao, which is commonly known, is fatty yet not cloying.
Was told this batch was freshly made. Prefer the meat to be left in the braising sauce for more than 24 hours before being served. The braising sauce will be soaked by the pork belly, making the pork belly more flavourful.

Traditional Teochew dish with a twist.
No pork lard was used in making of the Orh Nee.
Instead, deep fried shallot was topped before being served.
