What I love about this is the fact that they use chicken chunks instead of usual chicken chop.
The chunks are well marinated and with more surface area, are coated with more egg yolk, giving us a more satisfying flavorful bite.

The soft buttermilk waffles are a great pairing to the chicken, balancing out the salted egg with a tad of muted sweetness.

Monster can't wait to try it again and eat one all by himself.
