Skin was crispy and the meat was mostly lean with some fatty bits, sweetness from the apple puree balanced out the savouries from the meat (makes it less "jelak")

Cod was nicely done and creamy. But I prefer the crushed potatoes which absorbed all the flavours from the fish gravy, yums!

The taste was a pleasant surprise, full of spices and yet retained the sweetness of the corn soup. My favorite for the night. ❀

Kinda disappointed with this. Scallops tasted bland and were soggy from the cream sauce. Portion was also really small for the price.

We skipped the coveted beef wellington as the price tag was hefty at $80++ and we had tried the dish when we were at Hell's Kitchen in LA.
