Tau Kwa Pau

As a food expert and influencer, I am always concern of our disappearing food heritage. If you ask me what dishes may extinct soon my answer is Tau Kwa Pau.

I believe many younger Singaporeans have never tried this before. This used to be a common dish but now very difficult to find. This one at Dunman is one of the best. And this set here is around $6. 
We rate this 8.5/10. Hope our hawker heritage will continue.
