First stop: Ah Hua Kuay Teow. Our order of dry kuay teow got messed up into a soupy one, so it was sent back to the kitchen. Lots of people dining here; the lady doing the cooking was kept very busy - although it wasn't too crowded that we couldn't find a seat.

The soup was SO GOOD. No MSG feelz, plenty of kidney & liver (more of the former) which didn't have the powdery or smelly taste to it. Shiok.

Would love to try the soup version next time. I am totally a soupy girl, but I ordered dry because many others said it's better. I feel like the kuay teow soup would be pretty bomb as well though. 💣
