Pardon the ugly pic, but this is hands down the best YTF I've ever eaten (and I've eaten quite a few). Everything from the ingredients, the broth, complimentary soy beans and sauces to the price point is just commendable imho.

All the ingredients are SUPERBLY FRESH, but the star of the show has to be the TAU KWA (firm beancurd stuffed with fish paste) - incredibly fresh, densely packed and firm yet so soft, with a near melt-in-your-mouth texture when bit into. This is the epitome of handmade tau kwa I swear. I actually get cravings for this and it is the only Ytf place where I have actually picked 5 tau kwas and nothing else.

Moving on to the other aspects of this gem of an offering:
The broth is light yet flavourful. Not oily at all.
Soy beans are cooked just right, not too hard nor mushy. Goes really well with your choice of carbs.
Chili was subtly garlicky, not fiery but with a light touch of spice. Not at all oily. Sweet sauce was of just the right consistency - not too thick nor watery and deliciously sweet without being saccharine. Goes amazing with the ingredients.

Price point-wise, this is also a winner, at just 50c a piece, for a minimum of 5 pieces. For such quality and freshness all around, this is a definite steal.
