The famous Urn Chicken (aka roast chicken) that is recommended by the driver while on the way up to CingJing Farm. Don't underestimate this simple looking chicken, it taste so much better than our SG 烧鸡.

To prepare: The entire chicken is placed inside the urn and roasted slowly with firewood from below.

The whole chicken was served to us on the table accompany with salt and dip sauce. Our nice driver took the initiative to tear the chicken apart with his hands after wearing the cotton gloves. 👍👍
