色々色々ありまして(ブログにて)、ホランドでバスを飛び降りることになり、飛び込んだカフェ。

14時半過ぎだと言うのに、奥行きある店内は満席の人気店のよう。

相席してもらってなんとか着席。

後から調べてみたら、島内に6店舗もある人気店でした。

わたしはソフトシェルバーガー、クロワッサンと卵が食べたかった娘はドンピシャのクロワッサンサンド、スモークサーモン大好きな息子はワッフルを。

大皿3枚は頼み過ぎたかと注文してから後悔しましたが、なんと完食。

娘はアボカドが嫌いなので、本来は挟んであるアボカドは別添えで頂き、わたしがバーガーに挟んで頂きました。

バンズからはみ出る程のソフトシェルは衣サクサクで身が詰まっていて卵持ち。
娘にもらったアボカドのおかげで最強バーガーに。
ポテトはほとんど子供達に食べられちゃったけど、一本もらったらカリッとほくほくで美味しかった。

子供達のはほとんどわたしの口には入りませんでしたが、少しもらった息子のスクランブルエッグは半熟加減良し、オランデーズソースかな？シグネチャーソースと言うソースは息子は少し辛いと言っていたけどちょうど良く、ワッフルが外はクリスピーで中はふわふわでびっくり美味し。 ++が掛からないのも嬉しい。

今回は子供達と3人での利用だったのでコーヒーはパスしましたが、コーヒーもお茶も種類が豊富で人気のようだったので、次回はドリンクも一緒に頼みたいな。

その時には娘がショーケースの中のKAYA CROISSANTを食べたがっていたので、テイクアウトして帰ろう。
