My favourite dish is the Maine Lobster & Scallop Fried Radish Cake, which features sweet and succulent Maine lobster paired with premium grade scallops and chunks of fresh sweet radish along with a spicy kick enlivened with fiery wok hei! A perfect pairing packed with umami flavour! Other dishes I really like are the Crispy Prawn Paste Wings and Steamed Yam Cake w/ Chinese Sausage!
