Love this bowl of humble flat rice noodle soup with loads of tender beef slices, beansprouts, onions 🧅 , spring onions, coriander🌿 and mint leaves in rich, flavourful broth.

P.S. There were so much greens in this bowl, I actually took an approx. 5 minutes to pick out all of it. 😮‍💨
