Featuring a good mix of North, South and local Indian favourites, expect dishes like the Zaffron Tandoori Platter, a mix of chicken, fish and mutton kebab; Papdi Chaat - fried dough wafers topped with sweet yoghurt, mint and tamarind sauce; Sambar Idli; Garlic Naan and Kashmiri Naan, all made a la minute. The Masala Burger, a lightly spiced potato patty between toasted buns, displays Zaffron's attempt of combining traditional eats with a modern twist.
