As their name implies, they focus on smoked items on their menu such as the 𝑺𝒎𝒐𝒌𝒆𝒅 𝑩𝒖𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒌 𝑾𝒂𝒇𝒇𝒍𝒆 ($10). The Buttermilk Waffle is first smoked in sandalwood before trapping the smoke in a glass jar. I love the smokey fragrant it adds to the buttermilk waffle which adds a little complexity to the waffle. The waffle was light and had a crispy exterior but the inside could be more fluffy. I had the 𝑭𝒊𝒐𝒓 𝒅𝒆 𝑳𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆 ($5) and 𝑩𝒖𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒄𝒐𝒕𝒄𝒉 ($5) ice cream. The butterscotch ice cream was way too sweet. I had one bite and left it alone. Skip the Butterscotch flavor, and go with the Scarmoza or Ube.
