6 slices of torched salmon sashimi topped with generous amount of smoky mentaiko sauce. I have to say their sauce is even yummier than Salmon Samurai’s! Also comes with seaweed, jellyfish, pickles & wasabi. I absolutely love the Japanese pearl rice that’s cooked till perfection, infused with truffle oil, ebiko and toasted sesame seeds. Every mouthful is so tasty 😋 only complain I guess is the is small portion size? 😅
