Crab: "Don't take my delish glass noodles!" It's been a while since I last visited Thai Village, and boy it is nostalgic! One of the dishes served was Baked Crab Vermicelli. The Sri Lankan crab was served in a wok with springy vermicelli, or better known as glass noodles or tang-hoon, based with a handful of garlic and sliced pork belly, the sweetness was overwhelming familiar and comfortable. Add a dap of fresh thai green chili sauce, the taste was brought to a whole new level! No wonder the crab doesn't want to share... [lame joke]
