A round slice of crispy sourdough bread with wonderfully melted Emmental, gorgonzola, gruyère, parmesan and mature cheddar cheese, served with fresh cherry tomatoes to balanced out the saltiness. I'm not some cheese expert so I don't know if I could taste the individual cheeses but I could definitely taste the amalgamation of different flavours and smells interacting well together. A great side dish to have and eat alongside your meal. One small slice is enough to nibble on and savour throughout the meal! Once again, the portion is pretty generous even though it may not look like it as due to the richness of the cheeses, it can be quite hard to finish.
