This coming 1st June will be the official opening of a new dim sum house in Hong Kong, Hello Kitty Chinese Cuisine. The dim sum dining spot isn’t the first Hello Kitty-themed restaurant to open, but it is the first to serve Chinese cuisine.

Hello Kitty Prawn Dumplings (HKD 68) - Dumplings are dressed in pink bowties dyed using beetroot juice, while her beady black eyes are created using squid ink but only 1 had the Hello Kitty face. The har gow had a thicker skin than most places and the taste was just so so. Doesn't really taste as good as how it looks.
