First meal in Vietnam!

This restaurant is located in such an inconspicuous place - in an alley along the railroad. Tried the smoked goose breast (Luon ngỗng xông khói) [VND120k/ SGD7.20] because it’s hard to find geese in Singapore but darn, it was delishhhh. Singapore doesn’t know what it’s missing.

The mouth size pieces were super tender and they had a tiny lining of fat which made it so juicy and so flavour packed. It’s really good with a bowl of white rice alone. My only gripe is that the ratio of meat to
