Jot this Kovan restaurant down for casual dinner with family and friends. The Tom Yum Seafood ($18) with tons of prawns, mussels, fish, mushrooms and squid in a tangy, spicy flavour-packed broth served in a charcoal pot is good for sharing โ€” especially on rainy days.
