This bread comes out of the oven only a few times each day so I was very lucky to have been there at the right time. A long queue quickly formed to get the bread, sliced by one of the bakers himself. The bread was generously stuffed with cheese cubes, and had a toasty red leicester crust. It was delightful when eaten fresh out of the oven but having it the next day, you need to heat it up in the oven for the cheese to get melty again. Otherwise, the saltiness of the cheese is a bit too strong.
