But Elemen's soup is righfully authentic and creamy. It gives us lowly non-connoisseurs a lesson on what real mushroom soup should taste like - plus more. The generous sliver of truffle oil exudes a sophistication that assures everyone that you're not some kid ordering the safest dish on the menu. Because it has fancy fragrant truffle oil. And you're an adult.

The truffle oil does blend in with the soup seamlessly - albeit a little too oily at first if you don't mix it well.
