Much like some of these we had locally, we wouldn’t exactly call them soufflé pancakes as they were still short of being airy like a soufflé (gotta try @souffle_and_souffle for the real deal). They were fluffy though being round and puffy. Still an enjoyable dessert for a break from shopping in the mall.
Similarly, we look forward to finding a real soufflé pancake in SG. Know of any?
