This was actually a perfect breakfast order. It was quite a light dish, with only mushrooms and a sunny side up inside. At first, I was slightly disappointed that it was too plain with no sauce inside either. But I realised it was actually better with no sauce since the egg yolk would flow out and mix with everything. Mushrooms were on point; bite-sized and slightly smokyππ» The galette itself was crispy but softer on the inside, actually really tastes like an egg prataπ€£ I wish they had added more cheese though.
