Booked a table on the eve on Mother’s Day to have dinner but went there and was told that I could not use the Burpple deal despite it being available on the application. The staff insisted that they called in advance to inform me, but after checking through the records, they realised that no call was made to me and were unable to explain why they had missed it out. This was a disappointing experience as we had checked on the Burpple app prior to reaching the restaurant, to ensure that we were able to use the deal. There was also an email sent to me to confirm the table a few days before and yet no other information was provided to me. Please consider locking their deals on Burpple on days when the promotion is not valid/ offered in the restaurant as it can be very confusing.
