Sautéed mushrooms, house cured gizzards, sautéed french duck foie gras poached egg and potato. I felt that the gizzards were slightly over seasoned. Didn't quite appreciate the creamy potato texture with the foie gras. I prefer it with a more contrasting taste, perhaps chutney? Foie gras did not come with a sear too, making it all a gooey mile of mess lacking in a play in textures
