Waygu beef char siew with pickled papaya & cherry tomato

Meat is super tender, with the right amount of fats and the sweet sauce is thick and packed with flavor. Cherry tomato is dehydrated, having a marshmallow texture. 😝

Some scotch eggs, some crispy duck, some pork knuckle.

Not so lonely planet set ($30++/3 plates) which took over their usual lunch menu.

Chee Cheong Fun Ding Dong (scallops, blue swimmer crab, tiger prawns, clam stock, chilli, garlic, lime juice, and fish sauce) from Ding Dong (@dingdongsg).

Moving on the bigger plates, the star of the night for me was none other than the Peranakan-inspired beef short ribs with a rich buah keluak sauce and wing bean salad.
