The 生煎包 here comes with golden, crunchy base with a fluffy top. Bite in and you get juicy pork and a gentle burst of broth. Not too oily, just satisfying.
The XLB were delicate and soupy with skin that held up just enough. Each one had clean, savoury broth and tender pork, especially good with vinegar and ginger.
