Another alternative for Asian food with a twist! Flavor was on point with the Mee Tai Mak fully absorbing the dark soy sauce and XO sauce. Fire was well controlled with some chewiness to the Mee Tai Mak and no trace of mushiness. Not only that, surprisingly the daunting pungent taste from the usual century egg became mild or almost absent after the deep frying. Quite a simple dish but filled with flavors of home.
