Located along Keong Saik Road, Kyuu by Shunsui is an omakase restaurant that specialises in seasonal ingredients and specially-curated delicacies by Chef Keiji Kudo. The Kyuu Omakase comprises of 19 courses with a variety of sushi, sashimi, cooked dishes, rice dishes and desserts. You can also opt for the Kyuu Upgraded Omakase of 20 courses that include premium upgrades and a uni and negitoro hand roll. The menus might change according to the season’s offerings which are flown in directly from Japan for guaranteed freshness.
