From the same stall that serves Hokkien Mee and Carrot Cake at Wild Market. Felt that this was somehow not particularly outstanding — whilst being drenched in a saucy mix of meat and braised sauce, the cuts of meat felt a tad messy; the usage of other cuts of meat instead of pork belly gives a firmer bite than usual that I am not particularly fond of. The sauce could also do with more meat for there doesn't seem to be much to chew on except for some stray pieces of slightly larger slices of pork. The egg, which was illustrated similar to a Japanese onsen egg turned out to be Peculiarly, one can opt for sambal chili on the side (same as the ones for the carrot cake), while it comes with a bowl of Tom Yum soup on the side. A rather odd mix of elements coming altogether; certainly a little pricey considering the haphazardness and the portion size for $6.
