Was treated to a terrific Filipino feast. We had Caldereta (beef stew), Kare-Kare (stew in savory peanut sauce), Sisig, Pinakbet (mixed vegetables cooked in bagoong). The highlight of all was my first time having Bulalo (a beef marrow stew)! Love it! 😋
