Probably some of the best I've had in town, these flat patties are jam-packed with flavour contributed by the tang of kaffir lime, spicy red chillies, and piquant coriander.
Veronica Phua there's another Thai eatery in the same building, I think one or two floors below Jane Thai - haven't been back there in ages, but I remember the omelette being DA BOMB! Fried in so much oil that the edges are all crispy wisps. 😋
