Pon Tian is a franchise so I've had a really bad one at a coffee shop in Jurong East, but this one from Star Vista actually tasted quite good though I've never been a fan of wanton mee. The fried dumplings tasted fresh and there was no yucky oil smell, and I like the addition of 鳊鱼 (no idea what's that in English haha "bilingual" huh) in the filling which gave the dumplings an extra oomph. :)
