i’m the type that like to try new things, from fried crocodile to bat chips, so of course i have to try this dish. the chickens are fried, layered with condensed milk and coated with milo powder so it tastes sweet, thats why u need the sauce, while the belacan mayo were tangy, over time i found myself dipping the chicken to the cheese sauce more as it could overpower the sweetness from the chicken.
