First time trying Sushiro with my friend. I would say the quality of the ingredients are really good. At first I thought it is just overhype but after trying it, I really understand why it is worth the wait. The tonkotsu soup is delicious and can compare to lots of ramen restaurant. The fried prawn (which we forgot to take) is crispy and prawn is fresh. The only downside I think is rice sticky that it stick to the plate which result the nigri to break apart.
