Crunchy, well-marinated and not at all too salty or oily. There were some slices that were quite fatty, but we didn’t mind it. There’s a couple of fried porridge options and one of them is with this pork cutlet as a topping - I’d recommend that because you get a taste of both items. On its own in this ala carte portion, it would better for sharing.
